BACK STRETCHER

Assembly Instructions

STEP 1

STEP 3

Take three of the 15 back

stretchers and insert two

nuts into each end as shown.

Now that all of the stretchers are in place it’s time to add

the other side on top and secure with three screws.

Start inserting on one end and work your way down the

stretchers for the easiest assembly.

Once the 2

side is secured, hold the 1

side onto the

stretchers and flip so you can secure the other side.

Now you can use your newly completed Back Stretcher!

Now lie one of the sides face down and begin to insert the back stretchers

into the corresponding holes on the side. The stretchers with the nuts

need to be placed in line with the three screw holes on each side; one on

each side and one in the middle. (indicated by circles)
