HOW TO KEEP THE FURNITURE TO LAST FOR A LONG TIME?
In order to maintain & help the furniture to last for a long time from one generation to the next one, it needs proper
care.
HOW TO PROTECT & CARE FOR THE FURNITURE
1. Do NOT expose the furniture in direct sunlight because sunlight may cause fading.
2. Try to avoid extreme changes in temperature by placing furniture away from heat & air vents, & air conditioning units.
3. Do not put plastic/ rubber things on the furniture because some plastic/rubber materials contain ingredients that may
ruin the finish. Use pads or cloth for placing hot dishes/beverages on the furniture as it may damage the finish.
4. In case there is liquid spill, please clean up immediately, as liquid may cause spots in the finish.
5. Please use a pad when putting pressure/ writing on the furniture surface.
6. Avoid dragging the furniture. Lifting it up is preferable
7. Do not put any furniture nearby flame as it may cause fire.
WOOD FURNITURE CARE
Clean frequently with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth materials. Please wipe any spills immediately. Clean the surface by
rubbing in the direction of the grain and wipe dry. Polish the furniture approximately every six months with furniture
polish. Do not use aerosol-powered cleaners, polishes that contain silicone, waxes, abrasives, or are oil based.
WICKER/RATTAN FURNITURE CARE
Routine cleaning is recommended for wicker/rattan, as it generally may absorb dusts. Use dust brush attachment when
vacuuming or use a dry paintbrush. Always dry it completely after cleaning. Do not sit on the wicker/rattan when still
damp, because it may cause wicker/rattan to sag. Try to cover the furniture when not in use, and store properly during
inclement weather and the winter/rainy seasons.
