Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects found in the Eco Pool Drain “Fountain”. It
does not cover any losses or extend beyond the replacement of the product. It does not cover
product failures caused by abuse, misuse, accidental damage caused by the buyer, fire, flood”
Acts of God” improper installation and/or all other contingencies that are beyond our control.
Losses beyond our control are excluded from the limited warranty. Furthermore, the limited
warranty does not cover: deterioration from wear or exposure or any defect caused by
alteration or modification. It also does not cover any defect which would not have occurred if
directions in the owner's instructions had been followed correctly. The Eco Pool Drain “Fountain”
limited warranty shall remain in force for one year from the date of purchase by the original
buyer.
Normal Responsibilities of the Buyer: The buyer is responsible for correctly installing the
Eco Pool Drain “Fountain” in accordance with the product’s instructions. The buyer should only
use this product with properly balanced pool water. It is the buyers responsibility to operate the
Eco Pool Drain “Fountain” in accordance with all safety instructions and labeling.
How to file a claim: Contact us at [e-mail] and include a copy of your
purchase receipt and photos of your Eco Pool Drain “Fountain”. We may require additional
information regarding any warranty claim filed such as; requesting additional photos of the
product failure. The company reserves the right to require the return of the failed merchandise
at its own expense prior to making a determination.The company will replace the product if it is
determined the product failed because of manufacturing defects. The buyer is responsible for
the replacement shipping costs.
