Warranty

This limited warranty is the only warranty that applies to this product and sets forth all the responsibilities of Dolan Designs regarding this product.
No other warranty is expressed or implied other than that described herein.
Design Trends
®
products and components (excluding lamps) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
one (1) year from the original date of invoice. Any product considered by Dolan Designs® to be defective in material, parts or workmanship
will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion. The parties hereto expressly agree that the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy
against Dolan Designs® shall be for the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product as provided herein.
This warranty does not apply to any fixtures that have been damaged resulting of accident, misuse or abuse, incorrect installation,
or lack of reasonable care (neglect). The purchaser shall in no event be entitled to, and Dolan Designs® shall not be liable for any
indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover labor charges, shipping costs, installation, or removal
without prior written approval of Dolan Designs® corporate office.
Unauthorized alterations or repairs made to products will void this warranty U.L., C.U.L. or E.T.L. listings (where applicable).
Improper packaging of products returned to Dolan Designs® or damages occurring during transit are not covered by this warranty.
Any goods returned to DOLAN DESIGNS without written authorization will be refused and returned at distributor's expense.
