FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY ON BIGTOYS AND EARLYWORKS

BigToys provides a fifty-year limited warranty on BigToys and Earlyworks aluminum and steel upright

posts, recycled plastic lumber including solid recycled plastic decking, enclosure and roof

components. These warranties cover damage due to failure or corrosion of metal parts that cause

the product to become structurally unfit for its intended use. Fifty-year warranty covers the life of the

product under normal use, proper maintenance and at original installation location; see exclusions.

TWENTY-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON INTEGRATED SHADE FRAME

BigToys provides a twenty-year limited warranty on BigShade Integrated Shade steel framework

against all structural damage due to corrosion, deterioration, or workmanship. Units are designed for 5

lbs. snow load and 10 lbs. live load unless otherwise engineered. Covers should be removed for snow

greater than 5 lbs. Owner is responsible for routine maintenance to preserve the finish and welded

joints. This might consist of spot painting any points of corrosion if, in the unlikely event any should

occur (regardless of cause); and, to keep connecting hardware properly secured. Failure to provide

routine maintenance will void this warranty. Warranty constitutes repair or replacement of any defective

parts. This warranty does not include any cosmetic issues, vandalism, incidental or Acts of God.

Sunguard Shade Cloth® polyethylene covers carry a fifteen-year warranty against deterioration, rot or

faulty workmanship and seam failure. Owner is responsible for routine maintenance of cover, which

includes maintaining proper cable tension and cleaning cover annually with a light detergent and water

to maintain color vibrancy. The cover should be removed with predicted winds of 90 mph or greater.

The steel framework is designed to withstand winds of 170 mph with the cover removed (105 mpg with

cover on).

FIFTEEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON PIPES, RUNGS, ENGINEERED

TIMBER UPRIGHTS, CONDITIONED WOOD, ROTATIONALLY MOLDED, and

INJECTION MOLDED PLASTICS

BigToys provides a fifteen-year limited warranty on metal pipes, rails, loops, climbers, slide poles,

brackets and rungs; and a one-year limited warranty on powder coated parts. The warranty covers

damage due to failure or corrosion of metal parts that cause the product to become structurally unfit for

its intended use.

BigToys Limited Warranty 2013 The warranty with respect to failure due to material or production defects on engineered timber uprights is five-years unless utilizing available metal footings in which case the warranty is then fifteen-years. All engineered timber uprights and conditioned wood components on play equipment are warranted against structural failure due to deterioration from fungi or insects that render the product to become unfit for its intended use.
