Symptom
The color is faint.

Cause
• The “Color”, “Tint”, “R-Level”, “G-Level” or “B-Level” adjustments
are not correct.
• The lamp life is ending.
• The remote control is not facing the remote sensor.
• The remote control is too far.
• There is an obstruction between the remote control and the
remote sensor.
• The batteries are exhausted.
• No memory card is inserted.
• A different type of memory card is inserted.
• There are no JPEG files on the memory card.
• The JPEG files have been created with an incompatible
compression format.
• The USB cable is not properly connected.
• The computer or OS is not compatible.
• The batteries are exhausted.
• The lens is dirty.
• The picture is out of focus.
• The light is not on.
• Image is being affected by fluorescent light in the room.
• The image’s number of frames is low. This is not a malfunction.

Correction
Make the “Picture” adjustments.
Replace the lamp.
Face the remote control transmitter toward the remote
sensor on the projector.
Operate within about 5 meters.
Remove the obstacle.
Replace the batteries.
Insert the memory card properly.
Replace with a compatible memory card.
Check using the thumbnail display.
Convert JPEG files to a compatible compression format.
Connect the USB cable properly.
The remote control mouse function is not available.
Replace the batteries.
Clean the lens with a blower or lens cleaner, etc.
Focus the picture by turning the focus ring.
Turn on the light.
Set the shutter speed on the menu screen.
