RAC-WK18 Models High Pitched Sound Sound of Rushing Air Operating Instructions In front of the unit, you may hear the sound of rushing air being moved by the fan. High efficiency compressors may have a high pitched sound during cooling cycle. Gurgle/Hiss Trickling Sound Droplets of water hitting condenser during normal operation may cause a trickling sound. Vibration Gurgling or hissing noises may be heard due to refrigerant flowing through evaporator during normal operation.

Basic Functions SETTING THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE The operating temperature range for this unit is 62°F-86°F (17-30°C).
