DVB-Subtitle/Using the Digital Service (DTV mode only)
Note:
DVB-Subtitle can also be
changed by pressing
SUBTITLE repeatedly.
DVB-Subtitle
DVB-Subtitle is a feature supported in DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) applications in which
the service shown can be accompanied by a text display on the screen in parallel with the
corresponding audio service. The DVB-Subtitle feature can be enabled or disabled at anytime.

Press SUBTITLE to display the Subtitle
menu.

Press to select your desired subtitle language from the available languages.

To disable DVB-Subtitle, press repeatedly
until ‘Off’ appears in the Subtitle menu.

Press EXIT/CANCEL to save the subtitle language.
Using the Digital Service
Some services bring you programmes with the Digital Service, letting you experience DTV
interactively.
When provided, the Digital Service will start when you press .
Notes:
When the DVB-Subtitle default setting is set to “On”, the Digital Service cannot be selected
(e.g., MHEG). If you want to view the Digital Service screen, turn the DVB-Subtitle off.
MHEG5 digital service is not available when the country selection is not set to “UK”.
