AdjustingtheArmPosition
Theleftandrightbellcrankarmsneedtobepositioned
equallyfromtheupperframetubeforproperuse.
1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedposition,andsettheparking
brake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
3.Removethesideplatefrombothsidesofthebagger
(Figure40).

Thehingelinkscanbeadjustedtoprovidecomplete
closingofthedoorandreasonableforceonthehandle
tolatchandunlatchthedoor.

3.Withthedoorclosed,checkandensureitisslightly
tightagainsttheframewhenclosed.
4.Ifadjustmentisneed,adjustthenuts.Lengthen
thelinkstoreducetheforce.Shortenthelinksto
increasetheforce.
5.Makesureboththeleftandrightsidesareadjusted
thesamedistance.Withthedoorclosed,thelinks
shouldbeslightlytighttominimizerattling.
6.Tightenthenuts.
