EachHydraulicSystemOilCapacity:1.5L(1.59
USqt)persidewithlterchange
CheckingtheHydraulicOil
ServiceInterval:Every50hours—Checkthe
hydraulicoillevel.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.DisengagethePTO,movethemotion-control
leverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCKpositionandsetthe
parkingbrake.
3.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
4.Allowtheengineandthehydraulicsystemto
coolfor10minutes.
Note:Theoillevelonthedipstickwillbe
incorrectiftheoilischeckedwhenthemachine
ishot.
5.Movetheseatforward.
6.Cleantheareaaroundthedipsticksofthe
hydraulic-systemreservoirs(Figure84).
7.Remove1dipstickfromthehydraulicreservoir
(Figure84).
8.Wipethedipstickoffandthreadthedipstickinto
thereservoir.
9.Removethedipstickandlookattheend(Figure
84).IftheoillevelisattheADDmark,slowly
pouronlyenoughoilintothehydraulicreservoir
toraisetheleveltotheFULLmarkorHline.
Important:Donotoverllthehydraulic
unitswithoilasdamagemayoccur.Donot
runthemachinewiththeoilbelowtheADD
mark.
10.Installthedipstick.
11.Repeatprocedurefortheoppositedipstick.

•Keepbodyandhandsawayfrom
pinholeleaksornozzlesthateject
high-pressurehydraulicoil.
•Usecardboardorpapertond
hydraulicleaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthe
hydraulicsystembeforeperforming
anyworkonthehydraulicsystem.
•Makesurethatallhydraulicoilhoses
andlinesareingoodconditionand
allhydraulicconnectionsandttings
aretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
hydraulicsystem.
