LifetimeFrameWarranty-Ifthemainframe,consistingofthepartsweldedtogethertoformthe
tractorstructurethatothercomponentssuchastheenginearesecuredto,cracksorbreaksin
normaluse,itwillberepairedorreplacedunderwarrantyatnocostforpartsandlabor.Frame
failureduetomisuseorabuseandfailureorrepairrequiredduetorustorcorrosionarenotcovered.
Thiswarrantyincludesthecostofpartsandlabor,butyoumustpay
transportationcosts.
InstructionsforObtainingWarrantyService
IfyouthinkthatyourToroProductcontainsadefectinmaterialsor
workmanship,followthisprocedure:
1.Contactyoursellertoarrangeserviceoftheproduct.Ifforanyreason
itisimpossibleforyoutocontactyourseller,youmaycontactany
ToroAuthorizedDistributortoarrangeservice.
2.Bringtheproductandyourproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)tothe
ServiceDealer.
3.IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwiththeServiceDealer’s
analysisorwiththeassistanceprovided,contactusat:

YoumustmaintainyourToroProductbyfollowingthemaintenance
proceduresdescribedintheOperator'sManual.Suchroutine
maintenance,whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.
ItemsandConditionsNotCovered
Thereisnootherexpresswarrantyexceptforspecialemission
systemandenginewarrantycoverageonsomeproducts.
Thisexpresswarrantydoesnotcoverthefollowing:
ThebatteryintheseproductsarenotwarrantedbyToro,contact
yourAuthorizedT oroServiceDealerorthebatterymanufacturerfor
warranty.
Costofregularmaintenanceserviceorwearparts,suchaslters,
fuel,lubricants,tune-upparts,bladesharpening,brakeandclutch
adjustments.
Anyproductorpartwhichhasbeenalteredormisusedandrequires
replacementorrepairduetonormalwear,accidents,orlackof
propermaintenance.
Repairsnecessaryduetoimproperfuel,contaminantsinthefuel
system,orfailuretoproperlypreparethefuelsystempriortoany
periodofnon-useoverthreemonths.
Thebatteryandanycomponentcoveredbyaseparatemanufacturers
warranty.
Pickupanddeliverycharges.
Allrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyan
AuthorizedToroServiceDealerusingT oroapprovedreplacementparts.
GeneralConditions
Thepurchaseriscoveredbythenationallawsofeachcountry.Therights
towhichthepurchaserisentitledwiththesupportoftheselawsarenot
restrictedbythiswarranty.
