Loosenallofthefastenersoneachcoverafewturnsso
thatthecoverisloosebutstillattached,thengoback
andloosenthemuntilthecovercomesfree.Thiswill
preventyoufromaccidentallystrippingtheboltsfree
oftheretainers.
1.DisengagethePTOandsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Movetheseatallthewayforward.
4.Allowtheengineandthehydraulicsystemtocool.
5.Cleanthedebrisandgrassfromthehydraulic-unit
shrouds(Figure69).
