Remove the bypass valve
snap ring
Remove the snap ring
securing the bypass valve in
the bore with internal snap
ring pliers.
Remove the bypass valve
Remove the bypass valve
from the bore by pulling the
valve directly out of the bore
in the end block.
Remove the shock / check
valves
Remove shock valve with
3/8” allen head socket
16cc – 280 will have 241
number on the outside of
shock valve.
12cc – 240 will have 275
number on the outside of
shock valve.
Shock Valves
16cc – 280 will have 241
number on the outside of
shock valve.
12cc – 240 will have 275
number on the outside of
shock valve.
