causeseriousinjuryordeath.
•Useextremecautionwhenoperatinga
machineonaramp.
•EnsurethattheROPSisintheupposition
andusetheseatbeltwhenloadingor
unloadingthemachine.Ensurethatthe
ROPSwillclearthetopofanenclosed
trailer.
•Useonlyafull-widthramp;donotuse
individualrampsforeachsideofthe
machine.
•Donotexceeda15-degreeanglebetween
therampandthegroundorbetweenthe
rampandthetrailerortruck.
•Ensurethatthelengthoframpisatleast
fourtimes(4X)aslongastheheightof
thetrailerortruckbedtotheground.This
willensurethattherampangledoesnot
exceed15degreesonatground.
•Backuptherampsanddriveforwarddown
theramps.
•Avoidsuddenaccelerationordeceleration
whiledrivingthemachineonarampas
thiscouldcausealossofcontrolora
tip-oversituation.
