ServiceInterval:Every25hours
Checktheexpansionreservoir,and,ifnecessary,add
uidtotheFullColdline.

Thelteranduidarechangedatthesametime.
Oncethenewlterisinstalledanduidisadded,any
airinthesystemmustbepurged.
Thebleedingprocessisrepeateduntiltheuid
remainsattheFullColdlineinthereservoirafter
purging.Failuretoproperlyperformthisprocedure
canresultinirreparabledamagetothetransaxle
drivesystem.
RemovingtheHydraulicFilters
Important:Whenthehydrauliclterisremoved,
allofthehydraulicuidineachtransaxlewill
drainout.Useacontainerthatholds4.495L(152
oz)orlarger.
1.Shutofftheengine,waitforallmovingpartsto
stop,allowtheenginetocool,removethekey,
andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Locatethelterandguardsoneachtransaxle
drivesystemandremovethe3screwssecuring
thelterguard(Figure51).
