20. Install a nut on the end of the carriage bolt to secure
(Fig. 449).

17. Install a spacer on the outside end of the brake pivot
tube (Fig. 446).
19. Slide a carriage bolt through the brake pivot tube
(Fig. 448).

18. Install the brake lever assembly on the outside end
