9. While pulling the control fork assembly rearward

(not so hard that the speed control linkage moves)

tighten the screw that goes through the center of the

LH shoulder hub (Fig. 0784).

Note: It is important to keep the pump control arm

and control fork slots aligned with each other

(Fig. 0785). This can be achieved by making

sure the top of the pump control arm and

control fork are parallel to each other (Fig.

0786).

12. Repeat steps 4 through 11 (skipping steps 6 and 7)

on the RH side.

13. Cut the cable tie from the neutral assembly.

10. Remove the allen wrench from the slots of the

control fork and control arm.

11. Install the washer and hair pin to the end of the

speed control linkage (Fig. 0787).
