AdjustingtheTracking
Note:Determinetheleftandrightsidesofthe
machinefromthenormaloperatingposition.
1.Pushbothcontrolleversforwardthesame
distance.
2.Checkifthemachinepullsto1side.
Note:Ifitdoes,stopthemachineandsetthe
parkingbrake.
3.Releasethecushionfromtherearofthe
machine;refertoReleasingtheCushionfor
RearAccess(page30).
Note:Foreasieraccess,youcanalsoremove
thefueltank;refertoRemovingtheFuelTank
(page38).
4.Rotatetheleftcontrolrodinquarter-turn
incrementsuntilthemachinetracksstraight
(Figure53).
Note:Ifthemachinepullstotheright,shorten
thecontrolrodbyrotatingittotheright.Ifthe
machinepullstotheleft,lengthentherodby
rotatingittotheleft.
Note:Onlyadjusttheleftcontrolrodtomatch
theleftwheelspeedtotherightwheelspeed.
Donotadjusttherightwheelspeed,asthis
positionstherightmotion-controlleveroutofthe
centerforthecontrolpanelneutral-lockslot.
Important:Donotrotatethecontrolrodtoo
far,asthismaycausethemachinetocreep
inneutral.

kPa(12to14psi).
Important:Uneventirepressurecancausean
unevencut.
Note:Thefronttiresaresemi-pneumatictiresanddo
notrequireair-pressuremaintenance.
