new,placingadditionalloadontheengine.Allow
40to50hoursofbreak-intimefornewmachinesto
developfullpowerandbestperformance.
Usingthe
Rollover-ProtectionSystem
(ROPS)
WARNING
Toavoidinjuryordeathfromrollover,keep
therollbarinthefullyraised,lockedposition
andusetheseatbelt.
Ensurethattheseatissecuredtothe
machine.
WARNING
Thereisnorolloverprotectionwhentheroll
barisinthedownposition.
Lowertherollbaronlywhenabsolutely
necessary.
Donotweartheseatbeltwhentherollbar
isinthedownposition.
Driveslowlyandcarefully.
Raisetherollbarassoonasclearance
permits.
Checkcarefullyforoverheadclearances
(i.e.,branches,doorways,electricalwires)
beforedrivingunderanyobjectsanddo
notcontactthem.
LoweringtheRollBar
Important:Lowertherollbaronlywhen
absolutelynecessary.
1.Tolowertherollbar,applyforwardpressureto
theupperpartoftherollbar.
2.Pullbothknobsoutandrotatethem90degrees
sothattheyarenotengaged(Figure9).

Important:Alwaysusetheseatbeltwiththeroll
barintheraisedposition.
1.Raisetherollbartotheoperatingpositionand
rotatetheknobsuntiltheymovepartiallyinto
thegrooves(Figure9).
2.Raisetherollbartothefulluprightpositionwhile
pushingontheupperrollbarsothatthepins
snapintopositionwhentheholesalignwiththe
pins(Figure9).
3.Pushontherollbarandensurethatbothpins
areengaged.
