6. Install the lift rod, washer and nut to the front axle
assembly (Fig. 044).
4. Install thrust washers onto the caster forks, then
install the castor fork assemblies into the front axle
assembly (Fig. 042).

5. Install the bolts and washers retaining the caster fork
assemblies to the front axle assembly and tighten
the bolt (Fig. 043).
7. Install the footrest to the frame (Fig. 045).
