Side-to-Side Leveling
1. Park the machine on a level surface and disengage
the PTO switch.
2. Move the motion control levers outward to the park
position, stop the engine, remove the key, and
wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving the
operating position.
3. Set the height-of-cut lever to middle position.
4. Carefully rotate the blades so that they are all side to
side (Fig. 416 and Fig. 417).
5. Measure between the outside cutting edges and the
ÀDWVXUIDFH)LJDQG)LJ,IERWKPHDVXUH
ments are not within 3/16” (5mm), an adjustment is
required; continue with this procedure.
