Fixed Flat Idler Pulley Replacement
Fixed Flat Idler Pulley Removal

the same way.

A. Front support rod C. Hairpin cotter and

1. Park the machine on a level surface and disengage
the PTO switch.
2. Move the motion control levers outward to the park
position, stop the engine, remove the key, and
wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving the
operating position.
3. Lower the height-of-cut lever to the lowest position.
4. Remove the hairpin cotter and clevis pin from the
front support rod (Fig. 412). Carefully lower the front
of the mower deck to the ground.

washer, making sure the large hub of the pulley is
facing down toward the mower deck (Fig. 411).
