Torofront-mountattachmentincreasesthe
possibilityofoperatorentanglementindrive
wheelsorforwardtipover.Entanglementor
tip-overcouldcauseseriousinjuryordeath.
Whenoperatingthismachinewithoutan
approvedTorofront-mountattachment,do
thefollowing:
Keepfeetandclothingawayfromtires.
Limitoperationtominimumrequiredto
installadifferentfront-mountattachment.
Minimizespeedanduseextremecaution.
Onlyoperateonaatlevelsurface.
Donotoperateupordownatrailerramp.
Avoidsuddenaccelerationordeceleration.
Important:Donottransportthismachinewithout
anapprovedTorofrontmountattachment.
1.Shutofftheengine,waitforallmovingpartsto
stop,andremovethekey.Engagetheparking
brake.
2.Raisethemowerdeckupandlatchitwiththe
deck-lockingpins.RefertoRaisingtheMower
DeckintotheServicePosition(page17).
3.Removethehairpincottersandwashersatthe
topofthedeck-lift-assistspringoneachsideof
themachine(Figure67).
