MAINTENANCE
Front and Rear Caster Bearing Adjustment
Service Interval:
Service every 500 hours or yearly
1. Remove the dust cap (A).
2. Tighten the locknut (B) until the spring washers are
flat, back-off a 1/8-1/4 turn to properly set the pre-
load on the caster bearings.
NOTE: Make sure the spring washers are installed
correctly as shown below.
3. Install the dust cap.
