AdjustingtheTracking
Thetrackingknobislocatedundertheseat.
Rotatingthisknoballowsnetuningadjustmentssothat
themachinetracksstraightwiththedriveleversinthefull
forwardposition.
1.Runthemachineat3/4speedforatleast5minutesto
bringthehydraulicuiduptooperatingtemperature.
Stopthemachineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
2.Engagetheparkingbrake.
3.Unlatchtheseatandtilttheseatforwardtogainaccess
tothetrackingknob.RefertoUnlatchingtheSeat
(page22).
4.Rotatetheknobtowardtherighttosteerrightand
rotatetowardthelefttosteerleft.
5.Adjustin1/8turnincrementsuntilthemachinetracks
straight.
6.Checkandensurethemachinedoesnotcreepwhenit
isinneutralwiththeparkingbrakedisengaged(Figure
50).

1.MovethespeedcontrollevertotheNEUTRALposition
tostopthemachine.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,stopthe
engine,andwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
3.Removethedustcapfromthecasterandtightenthe
locknut(Figure52andFigure53).
4.Tightenthelocknutuntilthespringwashersareatand
thenbackoffa1/4turntoproperlysetthepre-loadon
thebearings(Figure52andFigure53).
Important:Makesurethatthespringwashers
areinstalledcorrectlyasshowninFigure52and
Figure53.
5.Installthedustcap.
