AdjustingtheTracking
Note:Thetrackingknobislocatedundertheseat.
Note:Rotatingthisknoballowsnetuning
adjustmentssothatthemachinetracksstraightwith
thedriveleversinthefullforwardposition.
1.Runthemachineat3/4speedforatleast5
minutestobringhydraulicuiduptooperating
temperature.
2.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,movethe
speed-controllevertotheNEUTRALposition,
disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),and
engagetheparkingbrake.
3.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
4.Tilttheseatforwardtogainaccesstothe
trackingknob.
5.Rotatetheknobtowardtherighttosteerright
androtateittowardthelefttosteerleft.
6.Adjustin1/8turnincrementsuntilthemachine
tracksstraight.
7.Checkandensurethatthemachinedoesnot
creepwheninneutralwiththeparkingbrakes
disengaged(Figure52).
