belt.
Note:RemovethePTOdrivebeltrstifthepumpdrive
beltneedstobereplaced.
1.Tilttheseatforward,loosentheboltsandremovethe
frontenginepanel.
2.RemovethePTOdrivebelt.
3.Removethespringfromtheidlerarm(Figure74).
4.Installthenewbeltaroundtheengineandhydropump
pulley(Figure74).
5.InstallthePTOdrivebelt.
6.Installthespringtotheidlerarm(Figure74).
7.Installthefrontenginepanel.

toanAuthorizedServiceDealer.
TensioningtheAlternatorBelt
1.Placeahandlebetweenthealternatorandcylinder
block.
2.Adjustthealternatortotheoutsideuntilthereis7to9
mm(1/4to11/32inch)deectioninthebeltbetween
theengineandthealternatorpulleyswith10kgf(22.1
lbofforce)(Figure75).
3.Tightenthealternatorbolts.
4.Checkthedeectioninthebeltagainandadjustthe
beltifneeded.
5.Ifthedeectioniscorrect,tightenthebottomand
upperbolt(Figure75).
