Thetractionsystemisself-bleeding;however,itmay
benecessarytobleedthesystemifuidischanged
orafterworkisperformedonthesystem.
1.Raisetherearofthemachinesothatthewheels
areoffthegroundandsupportwithjackstands.
2.Starttheengineandrunatlowidlespeedand
engagetheleverandtractionon1sideandspin
thewheelbyhand.
3.Whenthewheelbeginstospinonitsown,
keepitengageduntilthewheeldrivessmoothly
(minimum2minutes).
4.Checkthehydraulic-uidlevelandaddas
requiredtomaintainproperlevel.
5.Repeatthisprocedureontheoppositewheel.
CheckingtheHydraulicHoses
ServiceInterval:Every100hours
Checkthehydraulichosesforleaks,loosettings,
kinkedlines,loosemountingsupports,wear,weather
andchemicaldeterioration.Makenecessaryrepairs
beforeoperatingthemachine.
Note:Keepareasaroundthehydraulicsystemclean
fromgrassanddebrisbuildup.
