AdjustingtheControlHandle
NeutralPosition
Ifthemotioncontrolleversdonotalign,ormoveeasilyinto
theconsolenotch,adjustmentisrequired.Adjusteachlever,
spring,androdseparately.
1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrolleversto
theneutral-lockedposition,andsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Unlatchtheseatandtilttheseatforward.
4.Beginwitheithertheleftorrightmotioncontrollever.
5.Movethelevertotheneutralpositionbutnotlocked
(Figure76).
6.Pulltheleverbackuntiltheclevispin(onarmbelow
pivotshaft)contactstheendoftheslot(justbeginning
toputpressureonthespring)(Figure76).
7.Checkwherethecontrolleverisrelativetonotchin
console(Figure76).Itshouldbecenteredallowing
levertopivotoutwardtotheneutral-lockposition.

againsttheyoke(Figure77).
9.Applyslightrearwardpressureonthemotioncontrol
lever,turntheheadoftheadjustmentboltinthe
appropriatedirectionuntilthecontrolleveriscentered
intheneutral-lockposition(Figure77).
Note:Keepingrearwardpressureontheleverwill
keepthepinattheendoftheslotandallowthe
adjustmentbolttomovethelevertotheappropriate
position.
