After the rst 8 operating
hours
• Change the engine oil.
• Check the hydraulic uid.
After the rst 25
operating hours
• Change the hydraulic lter and oil.
Before each use or daily
• Check the safety interlock system.
• Check the engine oil.
• Check the mower blades.
• Clean the mower deck.
Every 25 hours
• Check the hydraulic uid.
Every 50 hours
• Grease the mower bearings.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Check the pump drive belt.
Every 100 hours
• Change the engine oil.
• Check the spark plug.
• Clean the engine cylinder and cylinder head cooling ns
• Check the hydraulic hoses.
Every 150 hours
• Lubricate the machine with light oil.
Every 200 hours
• Change the engine oil lter.
• Replace the fuel lter.
Every 250 hours
• Replace the primary air lter (more often in duty or sandy conditions).
Every 500 hours
• Check the wheel hub slotted nut.
• Adjust the caster pivot bearing.
Every 600 hours
• Replace the safety air lter (more often in duty or sandy conditions).
Yearly
• Grease the front caster pivots (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
• Change the hydraulic lter and oil.

R emo v e the k ey fr om the ignition and disconnect the wir e fr om the spar k plug(s) bef or e y ou
do an y maintenance. Set the wir e aside so that it does not accidentall y contact the spar k plug .
