Controls
Become familiar with all the controls (Fig. 1) before
you start the engine and operate the machine.

Parking Brake
Always set the parking brake when you stop the
machine or leave it unattended.
Setting the Parking Brake
1. Move the motion control levers (Fig. 1) out to
the neutral lock position.
2. Pull back and up on the parking brake lever to
set the parking brake (Fig. 2). The parking brake
lever should stay firmly in the “ENGAGED”
position.
POTENTIAL HAZARD
Parking break may not hold machine if
parked on slope.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Unattended unit may roll away and cause
personal injury or property damage.
HOW TO AV
OID THE HAZARD
Do not park on slopes unless wheels are
chocked or blocked.
