Inspect gears, bearings, and shafts for wear or
damage. Replace as necessary.
The snap ring should be installed with the sharp
edge facing away from the gear. The rounded
side of the gear teeth should be towards the end
cap.
Lubricate the pinion bearing surfaces and install
in the differential end cap.
