•Changethedeckgearboxoil.

•Adjustthecaster-pivotbearing.

•Inspecttheengine-valveclearance.
•ChangethehydraulicuidandlterifusingToroPremiumTransmission/Hydraulic
TractorFluid.

•Changetheenginecoolant.

•Checkthebatterycharge.

•Greasethefrontcasterpivots.
•Greasetheidlerpivot.
•GreasethedeckdrivePTO.
•Repackthecaster-wheelbearings(moreoftenindirtyordustyconditions).
•Greasingthecaster-wheelhubs.
•Ifyouoperatethemachinelessthan200hours,changetheengineoilandlter.
Important:Refertoyourengineowner'smanualforadditionalmaintenanceprocedures.
CAUTION
Ifyouleavethekeyintheswitch,someonecouldaccidentlystarttheengineandseriously
injureyouorotherbystanders.
Shutofftheengineandremovethekeyfromtheswitchbeforeyouperformanymaintenance.
Lubrication
GreasingtheMachine

areextremelydustyorsandy.
GreaseType:No.2lithiumormolybdenumgrease
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
theblade-controlswitch,andengagetheparking
brake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Cleanthegreasettingswitharag.
Note:Makesurethatyouscrapeanypaintoff
thefrontofthetting(s).
4.Connectagreaseguntothetting.
5.Pumpgreaseintothettingsuntilgreasebegins
tooozeoutofthebearings.
6.Wipeupanyexcessgrease.
