Thechokelever(Figure11)isrequiredwhenstartinga
coldengine.Beforepullingontherecoil-starthandle,move
thechokelevertotheclosedposition.Oncetheengineis
running,movethechokelevertotheopenposition.Do
notusethechokeiftheengineisalreadywarmeduporthe
airtemperatureishigh.
ThrottleLever
Thethrottlelever(Figure11)controlsthespeed(rpm)ofthe
engine.Itislocatednexttothechokelever.Itsetstheengine
speedandthereforecanincreaseanddecreasetherotation
speedofthemixingpaddles.Forbestperformance,setthis
controltothefastpositionwhenmixingmaterial.
EngineOn/OffSwitch
TheOn/Offswitch(Figure12)allowstheoperatorofthe
machinetostartandstoptheengine.Thisswitchislocated
onthefrontoftheengine.RotatetheOn/Offswitchtothe
Onpositiontostartandruntheengine.RotatetheOn/Off
switchtotheOffpositiontostoptheengine.
