engine-mountingbolts,andotherfastenersare
properlytightened.
Shutoffthemachineandwaitforallmovingparts
tostopbeforeyouleavetheoperator’sposition.
Disconnectthespark-plugwire,keepitawayfrom
theplugtopreventaccidentalstarting,andallow
themachinetocoolbeforeadjusting,fueling,
unclogging,servicing,cleaning,orstoringthe
machine.
Wearglovesandeyeprotectionwhenservicing
themachine.
Nevertamperwithsafetydevices.Checktheir
properoperationregularly.
Toensureoptimumperformanceofthemachine,
useonlygenuineTororeplacementpartsand
accessories.Replacementpartsandaccessories
madebyothermanufacturerscouldbedangerous,
andsuchusecouldvoidtheproductwarranty.
Replacetinesthatarebent,damaged,orloose;do
notrepairoralterthem.
Keepthemachine,attachments,andaccessories
insafeworkingcondition.
Donotattempttorepairthemachineunless
youhavethepropertoolsandinstructionsfor
disassembling,assembling,andrepairingthe
machine.
