2. Pull the battery out of the trimmer (Fig. 16).
3. Disconnect the the wire leads from the battery
(Fig. 16).

4. Place hedge trimmer upside down on workbench and
remove the blade cover screws and the blade cover
(Fig. 17).
Note: Be very careful throughout this procedure not to
lose the screws or the screw inserts on the inside of the
trimmer.

5. Align the cams that are fitted in the blade loops by
moving the blades slightly (Fig. 18).

6. Remove blade screws (Fig. 19).

7. Pull the blade up and of f of the cams, removing the
blade from the trimmer .
