•Checkthefuellinesandconnections.

•Drainandcleanthefueltank.

•Replacethefuelltercanister.

•Replacethein-tankfuellter.

•Packthefrontwheelbearings.

•Changetheplanetarygearboxuid.

•Checkthecoolant(asdirectedbythemanufacturer)andchangeifnecessary.

•Replacethehydraulicoillter.

•Changethehydraulicoil.

•InspecttheO-ringsinthevalveassembliesandreplacethemifnecessary.

•Inspectthepumpdiaphragmandreplaceifnecessary.(seeanAuthorizedToro

ServiceDistributor)

•Inspectthepumpcheckvalvesandreplaceifnecessary.(seeanAuthorizedToro

ServiceDistributor)

•Inspectthenylonpivotbushings.

Yearly

•FlushthesprayerwithcleanwaterusingtheCleaningtheSprayerprocedure.

Duringtherinseprocedure,increasepumpspeedtoopenreliefvalve;purging

valvesandhosesofresidualuids.

•Calibratetheagitationbypassvalve.
