WARNING
Chemicalsubstancesusedinthespray
systemmaybehazardousandtoxictoyou,
bystanders,animals,plants,soilsorother
property.
•Carefullyreadandfollowthechemical
warninglabelsandMaterialSafetyData
Sheets(MSDS)forallchemicalsusedand
protectyourselfaccordingtothechemical
manufacturer'srecommendations.For
example,useappropriatePersonal
ProtectiveEquipment(PPE)including
faceandeyeprotection,gloves,orother
equipmenttoguardagainstpersonal
contactwiththechemical.
•Keepinmindthattheremaybemorethan
onechemicalusedandinformationon
eachshouldbeassessed.
•Refusetooperateorworkonthesprayerif
thisinformationisnotavailable!
•Beforeworkingonaspraysystem
makesurethesystemhasbeentriple
rinsedandneutralizedaccordingto
therecommendationsofthechemical
manufacturer(s)andallofthevalveshave
beencycledthreetimes.
•Verifythereisanadequatesupplyofclean
waterandsoapnearby,andimmediately
washoffanychemicalsthatcontactyou.
InspectingtheHoses
ServiceInterval:Every200hours—Inspectallhoses
andconnectionsfordamageand
properattachment.
Every400hours/Yearly(whichevercomes
rst)—InspecttheO-ringsinthevalve
assembliesandreplacethemifnecessary.
Examineeachhoseinthespraysystemforcracks,
leaksorotherdamage.Atthesametime,inspectthe
connectionsandttingsforsimilardamage.Replace
anyhosesandttingsifdamaged.

ServiceInterval:Every400hours
1.Movethemachinetoalevelsurface,shutoffthe
sprayerpump,shutofftheengine,andremove
thekeyfromthestarterswitch.
2.Alignadrainpanunderthepressurelter
(Figure73).
