HaveanAuthorizedToroServiceDistributorcheck
followinginternalpumpcomponentsfordamage:
•Pumpdiaphragm
•Pumpcheckvalvesassemblies
Replaceanycomponentsifnecessary.
AdjustingtheActuators
Thefollowingprocedurecanbeusedtoadjustthe
lengthoftheactuatorrods.
1.Extendtheboomstothesprayposition.
2.Removethecotterpinfromthepivotpin(Figure
63).

actuatorrod.Whileholdingtheboom,insertthe
pinthroughbothboompivotandactuatorrod
(Figure63).
9.Withthepininplace,releasetheboom
andsecurethepinwiththecotterremoved
previously.
10.Repeattheprocedureforeachactuatorrod
bearingifnecessary.
