Note:Thefollowingmachinecomponentsare
consideredpartssubjecttoconsumptionthroughuse
unlessfounddefectiveandarenotcoveredbythe
warrantyassociatedwiththismachine.
HaveanauthorizedT orodistributorcheckfollowing
internalpumpcomponentsfordamage:
Pumpdiaphragms
Pumpcheckvalvesassemblies
Replaceanycomponents,ifnecessary.
Cleaning
Washthemachineasneededusingwateralone
orwithamilddetergent.Youmayusearagwhen
washingthemachine.
Important:Donotusebrackishorreclaimed
watertocleanthemachine.
Note:Donotusepower-washingequipmenttowash
themachine.Power-washingequipmentmaydamage
theelectricalsystem,loosenimportantdecals,or
washawaynecessarygreaseatfrictionpoints.Avoid
excessiveuseofwaternearthecontrolpanel,engine,
andbattery.
Important:Donotwashthemachinewiththe
enginerunning.Washingthemachinewiththe
enginerunningmayresultininternalengine
damage.
Cleaningthe
Radiator-CoolingFins
ServiceInterval:Every200hours—Cleanthe
radiatorns.
Important:Donotspraywaterintoahotengine
compartment,asitmaydamagetheengine.
1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,engage
theparkingbrake,shutoffthespraypump,shut
offtheengine,andremovethekey.
2.Tiltthedriverandpassengerseatsforward
andaligntheproprodintothedetentinthe
prop-rod-guideslot.
3.Allowthecoolingsystemtocool.
4.Removetheseat-base-accesscover;referto
RemovingtheSeat-Base-AccessPanel(page
52).
5.Usingasoftbrushandlow-pressurecompressed
air,cleanthensoftheradiator.
Note:Cleantheradiatornsmoreoftenif
needed.Checkallcoolanthosesandreplace
anythatareworn,leaking,ordamaged.
6.Lowerthedriverandpassengerseats.
7.Installtheseat-base-accesscover;referto
InstallingtheSeat-Base-AccessPanel(page
52).
