1.Throughthell-plughole,slowlyaddthe
speciedgearlubricant;refertoFigure99in
CheckingthePlanetary-Gear-DriveLubricant
(page69).
Youshouldseethelubricantlevelatthebottom
ofthethreadsinthecheck-plughole.
Important:Iftheplanetary-geardrivells
beforethespeciedlubricantquantityis
added,wait1hourorinstalltheplugs,and
movethemachineapproximately3m(10
feet)todistributethelubricantthroughthe
brakesystem.Then,removetheplugsand
addtheremaininglubricant.
2.Allowthelubricantleveltosettlefor10minutes,
checkthelubricantlevel,andaddlubricantas
neededtoraisetheleveltothebottomofthe
threadsinthecheck-plughole.
3.Installthellplugandcheckplug;referto
Figure99inCheckingthePlanetary-Gear-Drive
Lubricant(page69).
4.RepeatthestepsinDrainingthe
Planetary-Gear-DriveLubricant(page70)
andFillingthePlanetary-Gear-Drivewith
Lubricant(page71)fortheplanetary-geardrive
attheothersideofthemachine.

ServiceInterval:Every200hours/Yearly(whichever
comesrst)
Youshouldmeasure0to3mm(0to1/8inch)between
thefrontcenterlineofthetiresandthebackcenterline
ofthetires.
1.Checkandllalltires;refertoCheckingtheTire
AirPressure(page25).
2.Measurethedistancebetweenofthefronttires
attheaxleheightatthefrontandrearofthe
fronttires(Figure102).
Note:Thedistancebetweenthefrontofthe
tiresshouldbe0to3mm(0to1/8inch)less
thanthedistancebetweenthebacksideofthe
fronttires.
