Donotuserecycledpropyleneglycol.Donotuse
ethyleneglycolbaseantifreeze.
Donotusepropyleneglycolwithsolublealcohols
(methanol,ethanol,orisopropanol)orbrines
added.
PreparingtheConditioner
1.Movethemachinetoalevelsurface,setthe
parkingbrake,shutofftheengine,andremove
thekey.
2.Addconditionertothetankasfollows:
Forreadytouse(premixed)propyleneglycol
RVantifreeze—add10gallonsofpropylene
glycolRVantifreezetothetank.
ForconcentratedpropyleneglycolRV
antifreeze,performthefollowingsteps:
A.Adda10-gallonmixtureofpropylene
glycolRVantifreezeandwaterintothe
sprayertank.Preparedtheantifreeze
mixtureasinstructedmanufacturerfor
aconcentrationratedfor-45°C(-50°F)
minimum.
Important:Useonlycleanwater
whencleaningthesprayer.
B.Starttheengineandsetthespray-pump
switchtotheONposition.
C.Presstheacceleratorpedaltoincrease
theenginespeed.
D.SettheagitationswitchtotheON
position.
Allowtheconditionerandwatersolution
tocirculatefor3minutesorlonger.
SprayingtheConditioner
Recommendedtool:aclearcatchcontainer.
1.Movethemachinetothedrainpadareaandset
theparkingbrake.
2.Lowertheouterboomssections.
3.Settheleft,center,andrightsectionswitches
andthemastersectionswitchtotheONposition.
4.Allowthespraysystemtosprayuntilthenozzles
dischargetheconditioner.
Note:MostpropyleneglycolRVantifreezeis
coloredpink.Usethecatchcontainertosample
thesprayerdischargeatseveralofthenozzles.
5.Shutoffthemastersectionswitch,3section
switches,agitationswitch,spray-pumpswitch,
andengine.
HaulingtheMachine
Useatrailerortruckwhenmovingthemachinelong
distances.
Usefull-widthrampsforloadingthemachineonto
atrailerortruck.
Tieouterspraysectionstotheboom-section
transportcradles.
Bindthemachinesecurelytothetransportvehicle;
