1.Removethebolt,angelocknut,andthewashersthat

securethefronttankstrapstogetheratthetopofthe

tank(Figure7).

2.Install4carriagebolts(3/8x3/4inch)intotheslotsat

theinboardsideofthefronttankstraps(Figure7).

Note:Temporarilyretainthecarriageboltstothe

strapswiththeangelocknut(3/8inch).

3.Assemblethefront-tankstrapswiththebolts,washers,

andnutsthatyouremovedinstep1,andtightenthe

nutsandboltsuntilthestrapsareushwiththetank

(Figure7).

Important:Donotovertightentheboltsand

nuts.Overtighteningthetankstrapfastenerscan

deformanddamagethestraps.

Note:Makesurethatthestrapissecuretothetank.
