Pumpcheckvalvesassemblies
Replaceanycomponentsifnecessary.
AdjustingtheAirPressureinDampener
Theairpressureinthedampeneronthepumpissetat15psi
(1bar)bythemanufacturer.Therecommendedpressurein
thedampeneris1/3ofthesprayingpressure.Ifusingaspray
pressuregreaterthan45psi(3.1bar)adjustthedampener
accordingly.

SyntheticLubricanttothelltubeoruntilthegear
lubricantbeginstoowoutofthell-levelport.
Important:UseonlyMobilSHC634Synthetic
Lubricantorequivalentsyntheticuidinthegear
box.Non-syntheticoilsmaybreakdowncausing
damagetothepumpgearbox.
7.Installthell-levelplugandvent/llhosecap.

hydraulicoilforairbubbles.
1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,lowerthebooms
intothesprayposition.
2.Settheparkingbrake,stopthepump,stoptheengine,
andremovetheignitionkey
3.Attempttolifttheboombyapplyingamoderate
amountofpressure(justenoughtolifttheboom
