1.Connectthefreeendofthespraygunhosetothe

Donotaimthesprayeratanypersonoranimal.
Ensurethatalluidhosesandlinesareingood
conditionandallconnectionsandttingsare
tightbeforeapplyingpressuretothesystem.
Usecardboardorpapertondleaks.
Safelyrelieveallpressureinthesystembefore
performinganyworkonit.
Getimmediatemedicalhelpifuidisinjected
intotheskin.
Hotliquidsandchemicalscancauseburnsor
otherharm.
TurfCarePrecautionswhile
OperatinginStationaryModes
Important:Undersomeconditions,heatfromthe
engine,radiator,andmufercanpotentiallydamagethe
grasswhenoperatingthesprayerinastationarymode.
Stationarymodesincludetankagitation,handspraying,
orusingawalkingboom.
Usethefollowingprecautions:
Avoidstationarysprayingwhenconditionsareveryhot
and/ordry,asturfcanbemorestressedduringthese
periods.
Avoidparkingontheturfwhilestationaryspraying.Park
onacartpathwheneverpossible.
Minimizetheamountoftimethemachineisleft
runningoveranyparticularareaofturf.Bothtimeand
temperatureaffecthowmuchthegrassmaybedamaged.
Settheenginespeedaslowaspossibletoachievethe
desiredpressureandow.Thiswillminimizetheheat
generatedandtheairvelocityfromthecoolingfan.
Allowheattoescapeupwardfromtheengine
compartmentbyraisingtheengineguard/seatassemblies
duringstationaryoperationratherthanbeingforcedout
underthevehicle.RefertoyourOperator’sManualfor
moreinformationonraisingtheseatassemblies.
Note:Useaheatshieldblanketunderneaththevehicle
duringstationaryoperationifyoudesireadditionalheat
