AdjustingtheAxleHeight
Adjusttheaxlepositiontotheselectedheight-of-cutsetting.
1.DisengagethePTOandpullthethrottletothestop
position.
2.Waitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition,andthensettheparkingbrake.
3.Placeajackundertherearcenteroftheengineframe.
Raisethebackendoftheengineframeupenoughto
removethedrivewheels.
4.Removethedrivewheels.
5.Loosen,butdonotremove,the2topaxlebolts(Figure
20).
6.Removethe2loweraxlebolts(Figure20).

7.Raiseorlowerthemountingbracketsothatyoucan
installthe2axleadjustmentboltsinthedesiredhole
location(Figure20).
Note:Useataperedpunchtohelpaligntheholes.

casterspacerstomatchwiththeaxleholeselected
