canpenetrateskinandcauseinjury.Fluid
accidentallyinjectedintotheskinmustbe
surgicallyremovedwithinafewhoursby
adoctorfamiliarwiththisformofinjuryor
gangrenemayresult.
–Ifequipped,makesureallhydraulic
uidhosesandlinesareingood
conditionandallhydraulicconnections
andttingsaretightbeforeapplying
pressuretohydraulicsystem.
–Keepbodyandhandsawayfrom
pinholeleaksornozzlesthatejecthigh
pressurehydraulicuid.
–Usecardboardorpaper,notyourhands,
tondhydraulicleaks.
–Beforeperforminganyworkonthe
hydraulicsystem:
–Safelyrelieveallpressureinthe
grounddrivehydraulicsystemby
placingthemotioncontrolleversin
neutralandshuttingofftheengine.
–Safelyrelieveallpressureinthe
auxiliaryhydraulicsystembyshutting
offtheengine,turningtheignition
switchtothe“ON”position,and
pressingthetinegroundengagement
switch.Oncethetineshavelowered
totheground,releasethetineground
engagementswitchandturntheignition
switchtothe“OFF”position.
•Keephandsandfeetawayfrommovingparts.
Ifpossible,DoNotmakeadjustmentswiththe
enginerunning.Ifthemaintenanceoradjustment
procedurerequiretheenginetoberunningand
componentsmoving,useextremecaution.

Contactwithmovingpartsorhotsurfaces
maycausepersonalinjury.
Keepyourngers,hands,andclothing
clearofrotatingcomponentsandhot
surfaces.
•Checkallboltsfrequentlytomaintainproper
tightness.
