11.Checkthelevelandadduid,ifrequired.Donot
overll.

Thetractionsystemisselfbleeding,however,itmaybe
necessarytobleedthesystemiftheuidischangedorafter
workisperformedonthesystem.
1.DisengagethePTOandsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop
beforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Raisetherearofthemachineupontojackstandshigh
enoughtoraisethedrivewheelsofftheground.
4.Starttheengineandmovethethrottlecontroltothe
idleposition.
Note:Ifthedrivewheeldoesnotrotate,itispossible
toassistthepurgingofthesystembycarefullyrotating
thetireintheforwarddirection.
5.Checkthehydraulic-uidlevelasitdrops,andadduid
asrequiredtomaintaintheproperlevel.
6.Repeatthisprocedurefortheoppositewheel.
7.Thoroughlycleantheareaaroundeachofthe
charge-pumphousings.
CheckingtheHydraulicLines
ServiceInterval:Every100hours
Checkhydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,loosettings,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,weather,andchemical
deterioration.Makenecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.
Note:Keepareasaroundhydraulicsystemcleanfromgrass
anddebrisbuildup.
