16. Pull the outer housing of the throttle cable until the
inner wire has almost no slack and tighten the cable
clamp (Fig. 0907).

15. Move the throttle control knob to the “fast” position
(Fig. 0906).

18. Raise the machine to access the underside of the
frame.
19. Apply anti-seize compound to the crankshaft (Fig.
0909).

17. Move the throttle control knob to the “slow“ position.
Ensure the throttle moves smoothly (Fig. 0908).
