1.Movethesnowthrowertoalevelsurface.
2.Cleantheareaaroundthepipeplug(Figure50).

4.Checktheoillevelinthegearbox.Theoilshouldbe
atthepointofoverowingatthelleropening.
5.Iftheoillevelislow ,addGL-5orGL-6,SAE85-95
EPgearoillubricanttothegearboxuntilthepoint
ofoverow.
Note:Donotusesyntheticoil.
6.Installthepipepluginthegearbox.
ChangingtheEngineOil
ServiceInterval:Aftertherst5hours—Changethe
engineoil.
Every50hours—Changetheengine
oil.Changetheengineoilevery25
operatinghourswhenoperatingthe
engineunderaheavyload.
Ifpossible,runtheenginejustbeforechangingthe
oilbecausewarmoilowsbetterandcarriesmore
contaminants.
UseautomotivedetergentoilwithanAPIservice
classicationofSF,SG,SH,SJ,SL,orhigher.Referto
yourengineowner’smanual.
UseFigure51belowtoselectthebestoilviscosityfor
theoutdoortemperaturerangeexpected:
